**Required Experience and Skills:** - Critical Care experience is a must - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity patient area - Excellent communication skills with interdepartmental team - Good critical thinking skills **Preferred Experience:** - PreOp experience is a plus **Certifications Required:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) **Advanced Skills Needed:** - ACLS **Procedures Performed on Unit:** - Large-bore IV starts - Chin to toe hair removal - Medication administration - Skin assessment - Assist with Arterial line, Central line, and Epidural placement - Transport patient to OR - Assist with induction/intubation, positioning, and skin prep
