Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Room Attendant at The Lowline Hotel, where your dedication to cleanliness and guest satisfaction will help create memorable experiences for our guests. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces
• Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities
• Stock and organize carts with necessary cleaning supplies and room essentials
• Replace bed linens and make beds to hotel standards
• Conduct deep cleaning activities within guest rooms as needed, including carpet cleaning, upholstery care, and detailed sanitation
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks to ensure rooms are in optimal condition
• Follow safety, security, and company standards at all times
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly

Skills and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; experience in hospitality or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and guests
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks and lift supplies
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
