Service Writer

We are seeking a motivated and organized person to join our team as a Service Writer. As the key link between customers and technicians, you’ll ensure a smooth service experience from start to finish. Primary responsibilities include greeting guests, writing repair orders, explaining and selling automotive services by providing accurate cost estimates. You can expect to work with 15-20 customers daily. Your weekly schedule will be 5 days/40 hours minimum with rotating Saturdays.

Compensation range: $55,000 - $90,000 annually (based on individual performance)

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
• Write accurate repair orders and explain recommended services
• Explain and sell recommended services
• Provide communication updates between customers and technicians
• Ensure services are completed on time and to customer satisfaction
• Provide active vehicle delivery at the conclusion of every service transaction
• Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail sales/customer service or automotive service experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive person with a customer-focused attitude
• A reliable and dependable person possessing a high personal drive for success
