The company reserves the right to add to, delete, change, or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time. All work is to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with company standards. Other duties may be assigned.Transport deliveries in a safe, responsible manner and in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulationsFollow the daily delivery schedule or coordinates the most efficient deliveries by applying knowledge of customer schedules, peak delivery times and alternate routesSafely load/unload deliveries - the ability to lift/move up to 65lbs is requiredObtain and maintain proper delivery authorization and pickup documentation, including CODs and submit in a timely mannerProvide good customer service and maintain a professional manner and appearanceEnsure orders and documentation received are accurateEnsure customer messages/communications are relayed to appropriate managementMaintain valid commercial driver's license, endorsements and DOT physical cardReceive and stock product; repackaging; palletizingPerform tank readings, customer pick-ups, LTL shipments.Loads, fills and labels containers from bulk according to assignmentsPicks and stages products to be according to the delivery scheduleLoads and properly secures products in delivery trucksUnloads delivery trucks in an efficient manner and stores products in appropriate areaCompletes and submits accurate records of products received and/or filled dailyUpdates products that are loaded on all trucks and utilizes the load/unload slipsRetrieves and submits packing slips for products receivedOperates forklift, hand truck, pallet and electric jack as neededMaintains warehouse area and safety reportsPerform other related duties as assignedRequirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
