Facility:   Outpatient

Clinical Duties (60%):

• Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team delivering comprehensive psychiatric care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and interventional treatments.

• Provide direct patient care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

• Stay abreast of and incorporate the latest research and evidence-based practices in psychiatry and behavioral health treatment.

Administrative Duties (40%):

• Oversee the clinical operations of the practice, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance (QA) and quality improvement (QI) initiatives to continually enhance patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting, preferably in mental health.

• Board certification in Psychiatry.

• Licensure in the State of New York.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team.

• Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and ethical standards.

• Additional fellowship training and experience in Addiction Psychiatry and Consultation-Liaison (C&L) Psychiatry Preferred

• Experience in administering and overseeing interventional psychiatric treatments such as TMS, Esketamine, and IV ketamine preferred
