How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead with Purpose: Hire, train, coach, and inspire a dedicated team, maximizing employee engagement and fostering Mosaic’s 7 Essential Practices of Leadership .

• Tell Our Story: Develop and execute a comprehensive community awareness plan, sharing the powerful stories of Mosaic's work to cultivate deep local partnerships.

• Fuel the Mission: Identify donor prospects and design creative engagement plans to cultivate, solicit, and steward meaningful gifts.

• Create Unforgettable Experiences: Coordinate mission-focused fundraising events that unite local businesses, foundations, churches, media, and passionate donors.

• Mobilize Champions: Recruit, manage, and empower volunteer teams who are eager to advance our mission.

• Write the Future: Collaborate with our National Office support team to research, craft, and submit winning grant proposals.

What You Bring to the Table

• The Essentials: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven Track Record: At least 5 years of success in fundraising, public relations, or a closely related field.

• Leadership Edge: At least 1 year of supervisory experience is highly preferred.

• The Skillset:

  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills.

  • A knack for project management, budget oversight, and tech-savvy organization.

  • The ability to work independently, show immense initiative, and maintain confidentiality.

  • Flexibility to travel locally and work adaptable hours to meet our community where they are.
