Industrial Service Supervisor BHS Corrugated North America – Indianapolis, IN Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually + bonus BHS Corrugated is seeking an experienced Industrial Service Supervisor to lead our Digital Print service operation at a customer manufacturing facility. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll serve as the primary liaison between BHS and the customer while managing a team of technicians and specialists responsible for maximizing equipment uptime, print quality, and operational performance. What You'll Do Lead all onsite BHS Digital Print service activities Supervise, coach, and develop onsite technicians and support personnel Serve as the primary customer contact for service operations and escalations Drive equipment uptime, print quality, and overall operational performance Manage preventive maintenance programs and maintenance planning Coordinate resources across Engineering, Field Service, Help Desk, and Product Management Analyze equipment performance, downtime, and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity and customer satisfaction Participate in production meetings and present performance and KPI updates to customer leadership Ensure compliance with safety standards and contractual service commitments What We're Looking For Previous experience leading technical service teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong leadership and customer relationship management skills Experience supervising technicians or maintenance personnel Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, and preventive maintenance Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Experience with digital printing, corrugated manufacturing, inkjet technology, or industrial production equipment is preferred Ability to travel occasionally for training and corporate initiatives Why Join BHS?
