- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey. \n
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment processes according to legal and ethical standards. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as a LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State. \n
- A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting focusing on child and adolescent mental health. \n

- Proven experience in providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents. \n

The annual salary for this licensed Mental Health Counselor role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
