As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $20.51 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of financial institution facilities, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
