Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $31.50+ based on experience

What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care for approximately 50-52 residents with low acuity needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident health and escalate issues as needed
- Document care and resident responses accurately
- Collaborate with our team to ensure quality care standards
- Follow all facility protocols and safety procedures
- Maintain resident dignity while supporting their health and well-being
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Previous LTC experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
