What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care for approximately 50-52 residents with low acuity needs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident health and escalate issues as needed
• Document care and resident responses accurately
• Collaborate with our team to ensure quality care standards
• Follow all facility protocols and safety procedures
• Maintain resident dignity while supporting their health and well-being

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Texas
• Previous LTC experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
