Associate eCommerce Operations Manager

Our client, a luxury fashion brand , is seeking an Associate eCommerce Operations Manager to support digital commerce performance and ensure a seamless online customer experience. This hybrid role in NYC will oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, manage key vendor relationships, optimize fulfillment processes, and leverage data-driven insights to improve business performance and operational efficiency. Role Responsibilities Manage daily e-commerce operations, ensuring a smooth customer journey from purchase through delivery and returns Oversee order management, fulfillment, inventory, and customer service workflows Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external technology, logistics, fulfillment, and customer service partners Support platform enhancements, system integrations, testing, and ongoing operational improvements Maintain accuracy of product, pricing, inventory, and customer data across e-commerce systems Track and analyze key performance metrics related to sales, fulfillment, customer experience, and operational performance Develop reports and business insights to support leadership decision-making Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, finance, retail, technology, and operations teams Manage vendor performance, address operational issues, and drive timely resolutions Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance the overall customer experience Establish and monitor operational KPIs, service standards, and continuous improvement initiatives Role Qualifications 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital commerce, or related business functions Luxury, fashion, retail, or consumer products industry experience preferred Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and digital operations processes Experience supporting fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, and logistics operations Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) strongly preferred Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Proven problem-solving abilities and experience driving operational improvements Experience collaborating with external vendors, service providers, and cross-functional teams Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a premium consumer experience Ability to travel as needed for business requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Salary Salary: $90K We will provide reasonable accommodations to applicants and employees with disabilities.
