The candidate must have 18 months of experience in a related field. A GA or compact nursing license is required. The candidate must hold current AHA BLS and NIHSS certifications. Experience with telemetry interpretation is crucial. Previous travel nursing experience is preferred. Experience working with tracheostomy patients and chest tubes is necessary. The position requires a strong pulmonary background.
