Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hendersonville, TN, for a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning to completion. Tasks include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinating with clients and stakeholders; supervising subcontractors; ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards; and conducting regular inspections to ensure the project meets specifications and requirements. Effective communication and leadership are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and executing complex projects
- Proficiency in Expediting and serving as an Expeditor for project logistics, supply chains, and materials management
- Expertise in Inspection processes to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications
- Strong knowledge of Logistics Management to oversee the flow of resources and coordinate efficient project operations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Proficiency in construction project management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Prior on-site construction management experience is highly desirable
