Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial banking relationships Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market development Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and strategic financial guidance Structure and negotiate commercial lending opportunities in collaboration with credit partners Cross-sell treasury management, deposit, and additional banking services Analyze financial statements, credit structures, and overall relationship profitability Monitor portfolio performance and maintain strong asset quality standards Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures Represent the bank within the local business and professional community Deliver a high level of professionalism and responsiveness throughout the client experience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field preferred 5+ years of commercial banking or relationship management experience Strong knowledge of commercial lending, credit analysis, and treasury services Proven business development and portfolio management abilities Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and analytical capabilities Established business connections within the Seattle market preferred Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment Preferred Experience Owner-occupied and investment real estate lending Middle-market business development Deposit growth strategies Treasury management relationship development Complex credit structuring and negotiations Base salary ranging from $130,000 – $170,000 , depending on experience Annual incentive and production opportunities Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Professional development and leadership growth opportunities Strong organizational culture focused on long‑term success and client relationships The Ideal Candidate This opportunity is well suited for a banker who values reputation, relationship-building, and disciplined growth.
