Travel typically ranges from 10-20%, with potential increases to 50-75% during major projects Position Overview GRN Great Plains is seeking a driven Manufacturing Project Manager to lead high-impact manufacturing, capital equipment, operational improvement, and facility projects across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys leading cross-functional teams, and wants to play a key role in helping build and support manufacturing operations from the ground up. What You'll Do Lead projects from concept through implementation Manage schedules, budgets, timelines, and project deliverables Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, maintenance, and leadership Drive capital equipment, process improvement, and operational initiatives Identify risks and develop proactive solutions Track project performance and communicate updates to stakeholders Support continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency efforts Travel to manufacturing facilities as needed What We're Looking For 7+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or industrial environments Experience leading capital projects, operational improvements, or manufacturing initiatives Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment Engineering, Operations, Business, or related degree preferred PMP certification is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to travel between facilities and work within manufacturing environments, including walking production floors, climbing stairs/ladders, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Recruiters of Great Plains (GRN)
