Redirect Health is hiring a Director of Individual Member Success to lead the B2C side of our customer success organization. You will own strategy for individual members, guide product and tool evolution, and collaborate with onboarding and education teams to optimize the member journey. You will manage a small, high-impact team, drive renewals and enrollments, and partner with brokers to expand our footprint, all while delivering a WOW experience for members. #J-18808-Ljbffr Redirect Health
