Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. This state-of-the-art, 36-bed facility focuses on the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have suffered from severe injuries or illnesses. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play an essential role in providing compassionate care and assisting patients on their journey to recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing nursing care and support to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, and other debilitating conditions.
• Administer medications and monitor patients' vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes and post-discharge care.
• Document patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
