Note: Must have experience in estate planning, probate, and/or elder law. Medicaid spend down planning experience is highly valued. Pennsylvania bar admission is strongly preferred for candidates to be considered competitively. Job Description Advise clients on estate planning strategies, probate matters, and elder law issues Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents Handle probate and estate administration matters from intake through resolution Counsel families on long-term care planning, asset protection, and related legal considerations Support or lead Medicaid planning and spend down matters, depending on experience Maintain strong client communication and deliver a high-touch, service-oriented experience Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a growing, team-driven office Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the practice through excellent legal work and client care Qualifications JD and active bar license 2+ years of directly relevant experience preferred Experience in estate planning, probate, and/or elder law Strong drafting, client counseling, and communication skills Medicaid planning or spend down strategy experience is a strong plus Originations are a plus for more senior candidates Why You Will Love Working Here You will join a practice where the work is meaningful, the team is growth-minded, and the client impact is easy to see.
