They are responsible for providing exceptional food quality in a fast-paced environment. The Food Preparation position is for someone who can work independently, with little supervision. This person is someone who will ensure all cold items, including our signature salads, cold side items, and produce items, are prepared in a timely manner considering all food safety procedures.
