Competitive base salary open depending on experience Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Retirement Plans Generous PTO Job Details Estimator or Pre Construction Manager ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force Inspection of Contractor or (Sub)Contract operations to ensure compliance with Contract Maintain good relationships with internal & external clients Conduct quality inspections Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules Prepare and submit Superintendent’s Daily Reports Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings REQUIRED SKILLS Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products Knowledge of Procore Excellent written, oral communications and management skills Strong ability to read drawings and specifications Functions effectively as part of a team Exhibits strong leadership qualities Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times Strong decision making/problem solving skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Thorough knowledge of subcontract language PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS 10 years experience in ground-up construction OSHA 10 Certification required OSHA 30 Certification preferred First Aid/CPR certification Mass Supervisors License or equivalent Bachelors’ degree in Construction Management Safety standards knowledge and enforcement Interested in hearing more?
