Requirements

• 7 or more years of professional software development experience in backend or full-stack engineering.

• Proficiency in Python, with strong knowledge of object-oriented and functional programming principles.

• Experience with hands-on, production-level AI development, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.

• Experience developing and deploying Azure Functions, APIs, and event-driven architectures (Azure Event Grid, Durable Functions, API Management).

• Experience integrating with SQL/NoSQL databases and designing scalable data access layers within microservices and serverless architectures.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions in fast-moving engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code in Python, C#, or TypeScript for enterprise-scale applications.

• Design and integrate databases and data access patterns across SQL, NoSQL, and cloud-native data stores.

• Build event-driven architectures using Azure Event Grid, Durable Functions, and API Management.

• Prototype and experiment with new SDKs, APIs, and frameworks to support AI-driven and agentic workflows.

• Develop monitoring, observability, and diagnostic tools to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Apply software engineering best practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud cost optimization, while collaborating through code reviews and technical design discussions.
