Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $50-60 per hour but negotiable depending on experience. Up to $10k sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5k for part‑time. Company‑provided certification training and reimbursements for required training/testing expenses. Responsibilities Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient. Provide direct patient care including scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, application of sealants and fluoride, under dentist supervision. Provide excellent customer service by offering same‑day care opportunities. Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction. Assess dental condition and needs of patients and review medical history. Adhere to all government regulations and company standards. Guide parents and patients through our entire treatment process. Assist with dental and perio charting when necessary. Take x‑rays and save into patient charts when necessary. Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion. Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing. CPR (BLS) certification from ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
