Total Air Service is hiring a full-time HVAC Service Tech in Willis, Texas! We believe great work starts with a great culture. Quick Overview: Competitive pay of $24.00 - $35.00/hour based on qualifications Do you have at least 3 years of field experience? If so, you're eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus ! Performance pay Consistent Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm schedule Excellent benefits package , including health insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, paid sick time, training and development opportunities, continued technical and soft skill education, company phone, tablet, work truck, uniforms, and a gas card Vibrant work culture and fun events , like cornhole tournaments and monthly company breakfasts What You'll Tackle: Servicing residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electrical problems Performing routine and preventative maintenance Treating clients respectfully and providing fantastic customer service What We Need From Our HVAC Service Tech: 1+ years of service experience with residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems Trade school and EPA certifications Ability to meet the physical demands of the position and work in various weather conditions Ability to show up to service appointments on time and complete high-quality work independently and with a team Familiarity with power tools and industry regulationsHigh school degree or equivalent Valid driver's license and good driving record Why People Like It Here: We are a family-owned HVAC company serving both homes and businesses, known for our honesty, integrity, and 100% satisfaction guarantee.
