Job Summary:

As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans to promote optimal health and wellness for our patients and residents. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and collaborate with our culinary team to create delicious and nutritious meal options.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient/resident nutritional needs

• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to promote optimal health and wellness

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

• Provide education and counseling to patients/residents and their families on proper nutrition and meal planning

• Work with the culinary team to create delicious and nutritious meal options

• Maintain accurate records and reports of patient/resident nutrition plans and progress

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient/resident outcomes

• Provide high-quality customer service and care to our patients and families

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field

• Authorized to practice as a Registered Dietitian (RD) in the state of New Jersey

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills
