Registered Nurse (RN) - IL Ministry FloatHSHS St. John's Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Adult Care float pool (Critical Care or Medical). Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in our patient care areas of greatest need covering a variety of departments and wide range of conditions. Our float RN's provides coverage on units due to high patient acuity and census.Critical Care Float – Adult ED, CVICU, ICU Medical Float – IMC, neuro/oncology/surgical, orthopedics and medical unitsPosition Specifics:Department: Float PoolSchedule: Full time, 36 hrs/wk, Nights (7p-7a) and weekend rotationFacilities: St. John's HospitalLocation: Springfield, ILSign On: Up to $20,000 for external candidatesCompensation: Aligns with experienceEducation QualificationsDiploma or Associates degree in nursing is required.Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.Experience Qualifications1 year of relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in specialty area is preferred.Certifications, Licenses and RegistrationsIllinois: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.Wisconsin: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
