Job Description

• Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through completion, for a multiple-building development

• Schedule Management: Oversee budgets, contracts, and scheduling, ensuring financial and timeline targets are achieved

• Team Leadership: Coordinate extensively with municipal agencies, consultants, and internal teams due to project complexity

• Safety Compliance: Ensure all project milestones, quality standards, and safety requirements are met

• Documentation: Maintain strong project documentation and reporting, leveraging tools like Procore and Bluebeam

• Quality Control: Act as a key point of accountability, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management

• Proven track record managing large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, or urban redevelopment projects

• Experience with complex, multi-building or phased developments

• Strong knowledge of municipal coordination and permitting processes

• Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam

• Hands-on, field-oriented leader who is on-site daily and actively involved in execution

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple parties

• Solutions-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a less corporate, high-accountability environment
