Business Analyst - AIOps & ServiceNow

Business AnalystWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) and ServiceNow. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze business processes, design system integrations, and provide cutting-edge technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who can lead decision-making, collaborate with multiple teams, and drive innovation.Key Responsibilities• Assess current business models and processes to identify areas for improvement.• Develop innovative AIOps strategies to optimize IT operations.• Utilize ServiceNow to drive automation and efficiency.• Conduct advanced Data Analysis & Interpretation to support decision-making.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven business solutions.• Lead research efforts and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend emerging technologies.Must-Have Skills• ServiceNow Platform – Hands-on experience with ITSM and AIOps modules.• Data Analysis & Interpretation – Ability to extract, analyze, and interpret business data.• AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) – Advanced proficiency in AI-driven automation for IT operations.• Experience Required: 3+ years in each skill area.• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
