Position : Clinical Psychologist (PSYPACT) Employment type : 1099 for all; W2 for 25+ hours per week (fee‑for‑service) Location : 100% Virtual Compensation : Starting $110k annually for full‑time; paid bi‑weekly. W2 positions include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and other benefits. Responsibilities Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults, 15 hours or more per week. Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed. Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies (assisted by AI‑powered scribe). Support clients through life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) with a compassionate, age‑appropriate approach. Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices. Qualifications Contract, part‑time, or full‑time availability (at least 15 hours per week). PSYPACT authorization (APIT) to practice across participating states. Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.). Strong preference for experience working with older adults. Proficient in EHR and delivering therapy via telehealth.
