Remote Overnight Nurse: Chronic Disease Care & Triage

Cadence is seeking a Registered Nurse for overnight and weekend coverage to monitor patient vitals and triage calls. You will work with Nurse Practitioners and physicians to manage treatment plans and medication adherence after hours.
