In this role, you will lead plumbing projects from start to finish, mentor apprentice and journeyman plumbers, and serve as the technical authority on job sites. You will be the face of Our Client — delivering the five-star service our customers count on.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, sewers, drains, water heaters, and gas linesDiagnose plumbing issues and develop effective, code-compliant solutionsLead and mentor apprentice and journeyman plumbers on job sitesRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building specificationsEnsure full compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulationsProvide upfront pricing estimates and communicate clearly with customersRespond to emergency service calls as needed, including nights and weekendsMaintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on siteCoordinate with dispatchers and project managers to ensure timely job completionQualificationsActive Master Plumber license in the state of employment (required)Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience, including journeyman-level workStrong knowledge of residential, commercial, and emergency plumbing systemsAbility to read blueprints and technical specificationsExcellent customer communication and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heightsCompensationBase salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year, depending on experience and locationTop earners (high-demand markets): up to $118,000+Hourly equivalent: $36 – $46/hourOvertime and emergency call pay available (1.5x–2x standard rate)Performance-based bonusesBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysCompany-provided vehicle or vehicle allowanceUniforms and equipment suppliedOngoing training and professional developmentCareer advancement opportunitiesWhy Our Client?We invest in our people.
