We are a Premier Allstate Agency located in Seaford, NY where we specialize in Home, Life, and Auto insurance.
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative , you will primarily be responsible for working with our existing client base : handling day-to-day service-related issues, providing policy reviews and cross-selling additional lines of insurance within the household.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Call existing customers upon renewal to offer a review and identify new selling opportunities.
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insurance customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus but not required
- Willing to obtain Property & Casualty License
- Bilingual - Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Willingness to learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
