Restaurant & Operations Manager Provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. Responsibilities Develop and lead hourly team members to exceed guests’ expectations. Demonstrate proactive leadership by ensuring positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions. Interact with guest service-focused team members in recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and professional development. Live core values and collaborate with management team to achieve high-quality and timely results. Requirements 21+ years of age. 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality experience. Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor. Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience. True leadership capabilities. Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
