What You’ll Lead Oversight of day-to-day professional billing coding operations Leadership and development of a team of coders and coding auditors Provider education across clinic and hospital settings to improve documentation and coding accuracy Review and management of claim edits, denials, and payer appeals Execution of monthly audits and reporting to compliance committees Collaboration with Revenue Cycle, Revenue Integrity, and HIM leadership Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate, compliant coding using

ICD-10-CM
