The Position: The Baking School Instructor teaches King Arthur’s baking curriculum and creates engaging, high-quality classroom experiences. As a brand ambassador and baking expert, the instructor guides students through hands‑on learning while providing encouragement and support. This role also includes scheduled retail shifts, where the instructor assists customers with baking questions, product recommendations, and in‑store demonstrations.
