Repair Technician Apprentice

Watch Video: A Day in the Life of a Surface Experts Technician We Offer Pay range of $18 to $22 per hour: includes base pay, performance incentives, and monthly production bonuses. Company Car: each technician drives a branded company vehicle for job duties. Tools Provided: all necessary tools and products are provided. Paid Time Off: paid holidays and accrued vacation days. Good Work/Life Balance: no required nights or weekends. Paid Training: includes onboarding, one-week new hire training, and ongoing surface repair training. Small Business Culture: Local business owner works closely with teams and conducts weekly check-in meetings with teams. Ongoing Support & Help Line: Technician Support Team on call to assist with questions. Requirements Experience working with your hands: experience could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, sculpting, or even a personal hobby. Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors: familiarity with color and color-matching is integral to our process. Must have a valid driver’s license. Duties (in the field daily) Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication while performing surface repairs for tenants and property management staff at locations throughout the DFW mid-cities area Creatively problem-solve repairs in a variety of settings like apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc. Understand and utilize our unique 5-step process Employ each tool in your custom toolkit This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
