Orthopedic Physical Therapist

We are hiring a Physical Therapist for an orthopedic outpatient clinic in Hollywood, FL. This is a PT-owned office where the focus is on skilled treatment, patient progress, and giving clinicians enough time to do their work well.

The role includes evaluating patients, designing care plans, providing hands-on treatment, and helping individuals improve strength, mobility, balance, and function.

This clinic offers a patient volume of 2 patients per hour, schedule flexibility, and a salary range of $90,000$110,000 per year based on experience. You may choose a 4-day work schedule or a traditional MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct orthopedic evaluations and functional assessments
• Create individualized treatment programs
• Treat patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, chronic pain, and mobility concerns
• Use manual therapy, strengthening, stretching, gait training, and functional movement strategies
• Provide patient education throughout the treatment process
• Review outcomes and adjust plans to improve results
• Coordinate with PTAs and other clinic staff
• Keep documentation accurate, organized, and timely
