Part-Time ReceptionistPleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.Schedule: Sunday & Monday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PMPay Rate: $19–$22 per hourPosition: Part-TimeGeneral PurposeThe primary purpose of this position is to warmly greet and assist visitors, answer telephone calls, and provide general clerical support within the Reception/Administrative area.This position is strictly administrative and clerical. There are no clinical duties or responsibilities of any kind.Essential DutiesProvide general administrative and clerical support.Greet and welcome residents, patients, families, visitors, and other guests with a friendly and positive demeanor.Answer telephone calls, take messages, and direct or forward calls appropriately.Check visitors in and direct or escort them to designated areas.Inform appropriate employees of visitors' arrivals and cancellations.Maintain an accurate visitor sign-in log.Handle incoming and outgoing mail.Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings.Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.Maintain professionalism and a courteous demeanor when interacting with residents, families, visitors, and staff.Perform other duties as assigned.Protect residents' confidential and protected health information (PHI) and promptly report any known or suspected unauthorized disclosure to the Administrator.Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information and report known or suspected incidents involving unauthorized disclosure.QualificationsPrevious receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Dependable and punctual.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.Basic computer and office skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Join Our TeamIf you are a dependable and welcoming professional who enjoys helping others and creating a positive first impression, Pleasant Hill Post Acute would love to hear from you!Apply today for this part-time Receptionist opportunity.We are an equal opportunity employer.
