Job Summary:
Vail Mountain Club is one of eight Vail Resorts’ Signature Clubs. We are located at the base of Vail Mountain in the heart of Vail Village where unmatched parking amenities are coupled with unique skiing, recreational and social privileges for the use and enjoyment of members and their guests. The Club is designed to provide the ultimate in convenience for those desiring to experience the finest that the Vail community has to offer. 

VAIL MOUNTAIN CLUB END OF SEASON STAFF RECOGNITION FUND ($) FOR ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES. 

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr
• Employment Type: Year Round (10-month) 
• Shift Type: Full Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age 
• Housing Availability: Yes  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and maintain breakfast and lunch buffets, as well as drinks and snacks throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and clubhouse throughout the day, including but not limited to: bussing tables, washing dishes, emptying trash and recycling, taking dirty linens to laundry, polishing dishes and silverware, and other duties as assigned or as needed.         
• Assist with preparing weekly Wine & Cheese social event.
• Serve members efficiently, courteously and promptly while they are enjoying the Club.
• Complete daily side work and cleaning duties throughout the day as assigned.
• Stocking of kitchen and bar areas and putting away new orders in appropriate areas of the Club as needed. 
• Have generic knowledge of Vail Mountain and surrounding areas; assist members with questions regarding such.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all members. 

Job Requirements: 

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays – required.
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment – required.
• Must be willing to assist in other areas of the Club as needed – required.
• Must be able to stand on feet and be moving for extended periods of time – required. 
• Must be able to occasionally lift 35 lbs. – required.  Restaurant experience – preferred.
• Club experience – preferred.
• Bartending skills – preferred. 

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
