UNFOLD is currently seeking an experienced Community Manager to support Unfold's busy clients on our Social team! RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate community engagement across client owned and operated social channels Monitor social channels for culturally significant moments and trends and propose creative ways to enter into the conversation Write post copy and associated hashtags Manage monthly editorial and marketing calendars Manage all scheduled posts Oversee and mentor junior community managers and coordinators Pull channel data and metrics to create comprehensive client reports Ability create low lift creative content such as memes and stills using photoshop and TikTok/Reels using native tools a plus UNFOLD is a minority-owned business, led by two diverse founders who not only embrace diversity in all areas of the business, but are committed to building teams that represent a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. REQUIREMENTS ~2+ years experience in a communications or PR role Ability to develop creative, engaging and original content Outstanding verbal and written communications skills Excellent client service and interpersonal skills Friendly and outgoing personality Good judgment and problem-solving skills Experience with both native (i.e. Creator Studio) and external (i.e. Sprout Social) content scheduling programs. Ability to think strategically and creatively using sound business judgment Strong project management skills and experience working with cross functional teams Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action #J-18808-Ljbffr
