What You’ll Do Drive new cars off railcars Work outdoors in all weather Climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds overhead What We’re Looking For Age 18 or older Valid driver’s license No felonies in the past 7 years Comfortable working outside in all conditions Okay with heights and ladders Positive attitude, reliable attendance, safety‑focused Available to work weekends and holidays as needed What You’ll Get Starting pay at 19 dollars per hour, increasing to 20 after training Guaranteed 40 hours per week Weekly pay Paid sick time, holidays, and vacation Travel opportunities, safety bonuses, monthly luncheons, and employee appreciation awards About Us You’ll be working directly for PRS Auto, a trusted contractor for BNSF Railway.
