Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads in post-acute or rehabilitation environments preferred. Ability to complete required onboarding and background checks within client timeframes. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Weekly Work Guarantee: 36 hours per week.
