Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic support to clients through telehealth, utilizing video conferencing tools to conduct sessions effectively.

• Encourage clients, including individuals and families, to identify and develop coping strategies for addressing mental health challenges.

• Formulate and implement tailored treatment plans that target specific issues such as emotional disorders, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, to assist clients in overcoming conditions such as depression and anxiety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical Counselor at Empathy Essence, you will work with a diverse client population, primarily adults experiencing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• An active and valid LPCC license issued by the State of California.
