FS/ Senior Consultant - GRC Controls Tech

Senior Consultant – Compliance & Risk, Infosys Consulting We are hiring at all levels including Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Principal – Compliance & Risk. You will be part of a cross‑cultural global team working on a variety of business consulting engagements such as Risk & Finance digital transformation and regulatory change management. The Role – What You’ll Do You will take up roles in process consulting, experience design, business analysis, applied AI, tech strategy, program and change management. You will analyze problems, come up with creative solutions, apply business consulting frameworks and methodologies, collaborate with client stakeholders, and be responsible for delivering business results. You will also lead or contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings, and internal initiatives, and participate in firm‑building events. Basic Qualifications – Technology Product Owner Experience in Enterprise Risk, Control, Compliance, preferably in Controls Technology Experience in UI/UX programs – defining user interfaces and workflows Own the product/value stream vision which serves as the north star for driving strategic outcomes Lead the product functional design process and create the product roadmap Conduct product backlog prioritization and work in an agile environment, reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones, and identifying opportunities and risks Facilitate backlog decomposition sessions with technology teams to define requirements from a user perspective, inclusive of acceptance criteria, breaking down large stories for the team to consume in one sprint Write acceptance criteria in BDD format Create strong feedback loops by leading agile events, seeking continuous feedback from stakeholders and incorporating it into the backlog to achieve desired outcomes Create business requirement documents, user stories, and functional requirement documents for features and functionalities Partner with technology teams to break down large stories based on estimation Work with technology team to implement solutions Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and provide support for product release Manage end‑to‑end delivery timelines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a customer‑centric mindset 8–10 years of experience with 5+ years as a lead Technology Product Owner Expertise in writing detailed functional requirements in JIRA, creating epic and user stories, and defining acceptance criteria SQL knowledge – ability to write queries Ability to prioritize items that maximize business value while receiving requests from multiple stakeholders simultaneously Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and team members and drive collaboration and alignment Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills In‑depth analytical skills with the ability to synthesize findings Experience facilitating collaborative sessions, managing customer expectations, and ensuring work aligns with enterprise goals and objectives Expertise with agile tool suites including Atlassian, MS Teams, or similar Advanced Product Owner certifications Willingness to work as part of a cross‑cultural team and support multiple time zones when necessary Successful track record of delivering products within deadlines and commitments Job Requirements The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Candidates must be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per job requirements.
