Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous school-based experience strongly valued
• Comfortable managing a high school caseload
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants encouraged, but not mandatory
• Proficient in documenting progress and implementing IEP goals
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to high school students, fostering their academic and social success
• Develop individualized treatment plans, set goals, and track student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to contribute to student support strategies
• Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs
• Maintain accurate and timely records, adhering to district and state guidelines
