Academic Tutor and Mentor

As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll work full-time in public schools to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. In collaboration with teachers, you’ll provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring, reinforce classroom instruction, and track student progress. You’ll build trusting relationships, model positive behavior, and help create an inclusive learning environment.
