Head of Talent for GovTech: Build Our Recruiting Engine

Kaizen, a government-technology company based in New York City and Washington DC, is seeking a senior recruiting leader. You will own the recruiting engine, raise the hiring bar, and personally close senior and executive searches across GTM, operations, engineering, and design. Build scalable processes, partner with the COO on headcount planning, and shape Kaizen's talent strategy in a fast-growing market. You will direct a small team, optimize ATS usage (Ashby preferred), and drive AI-driven #J-18808-Ljbffr Kaizen
