Maintenance Coordinator

Summary This role is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the by ensuring timely tracking of work orders, maintaining inventory stocks, and various other administrative functions. Essential Functions Routine generation of work orders, preventive maintenance (PM), and reports via a Computerized Management System. Maintenance of active work in progress, including creating new, modifying, and closing work orders and PMs, as necessary. Capture and log data for work orders and PMs, including tracking downtime hours, reason for failure, reasons for outage, labor hours, and parts used on the job. Work directly with vendors to order spare parts or purchase materials via phone, fax, or e-mail. Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and materials, including requisitioning parts in and out of stock, cycle counts, and printing barcode labels. Ensure all required documents are up-to-date, as required. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education. 2+ years of experience in a maintenance support or related role. Must successfully complete Hazardous Waste (RCRA) Intermediate level training, which includes introductory and recurring training. Must be respirator certified, or able to become certified.
