to join our team! This is a hybrid position based out of our Sacramento regional office, offering a combination of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. Community Management:

Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned homeowner associations, ensuring communities are well-maintained and operating in accordance with governing documents. Board Relations:

Build strong relationships with Board members, provide guidance on community matters, and assist with implementing Board decisions. Financial Oversight:

Assist with developing and monitoring association budgets, reviewing financial statements, and supporting responsible financial management. Vendor Management:

Coordinate with vendors and contractors, obtain proposals, monitor service performance, and ensure timely completion of maintenance and improvement projects. Resident Relations:

Respond to homeowner inquiries, resolve concerns professionally, and promote a positive community experience. Meetings & Governance:

Prepare Board meeting agendas and management reports, attend meetings, and coordinate follow-up on action items. Compliance & Administration:

Support enforcement of community rules, governing documents, and applicable regulations while maintaining accurate association records. Qualifications

3-5 years of HOA portfolio management experience. CMCA certification or the ability to obtain within your first 6 months of employment. Evening availability for Board meetings. Ability to travel to and from your property for in-person meetings when needed. Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process. Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective presentation skills.
