Warehouse Associate Job Details
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Saturday availability as needed)
Pay Rate : $17.00/hour
Location : Hilliard, OH
Warehouse Associate Requirements/Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. (team lift required for heavier items)
Ability to perform very physical labor throughout the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work Saturdays as needed
Spanish-speaking or bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates encouraged to apply
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

About the Warehouse Associate Role
As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare products for shipment and ensure proper labeling
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Assist with inventory movement and organization
Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Inspect orders for accuracy before shipment
Perform additional duties as assigned
