Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of our resident’s apartments, and other common areas of our campus. The Housekeeper is also responsible for maintaining the floor hallways, carts, etc.

What you will be doing:

• Greet residents upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting.

• Clean residents’ rooms according to standards within the allotted time frame by sweeping, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.

• Clean surfaces of the kitchen area, bathrooms, and other areas of residents’ apartments and cottages.

• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.

• Report needed repairs of unsafe conditions in residents’ apartments or common areas to the maintenance department.

• Ensure all resident’s apartments are secure at all times.

• Report any items required to the proper department manager.

• Follow procedures for team cleaning projects.

• Maintain housekeeping cart and supplies in a neat and organized fashion and keep well-stocked for the next day.

• Respond quickly to residents’ requests or complaints in a friendly manner and ensure appropriate action is taken. Follow up to ensure resident satisfaction.

• Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued each day.

Monday-Friday- 7:45am-4:15pm. Full Time, & Part Time opportunities!

Requirements:

• Must have attention to detail and be customer service oriented

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and other team members

• Must be dependable

Pay Range-Min. $17.00hr-Max. $21.50hr. Experienced base pay.
